What We Do

With the help of sponsorships and donations, we run a trap, neuter and release programme in Sabah for stray dogs and cats with an onus on securing adoptions for as many as possible. We provide vaccinations and any other veterinary treatment they require, as well as food and shelter.

Veterinary Care

We neuter and vaccinate all strays that come into our care.

Many strays come to us with a number of health problems and we ensure they receive the veterinary care they need.

Adoption

We rehome puppies and adoptable adult dogs that we care for into loving homes. After receiving the care and treatment that they need, they are re-homed locally.

 

Education

TNR is not enough. We need to change human attitudes towards dog welfare and educate about responsible pet ownership as well as the health benefits of neutering and vaccinations.

A Few of Our Success Stories

Gypsy

Gypsy was rescued by a kind hearted couple when she was just a puppy. She was missing the bottom half of her left hind leg when found. She received veterinary treatment and care by our team and was lucky enough to be adopted by our team member and is now a very happy 3-legged dog. Having 3 legs doesn't slow Gypsy down one bit, she regularly goes running with her adopter, she is very fast and agile and has even won a 3km pet run!

Bella and Nella

Bella and her sister Nella were abandoned in Kota Kinabalu with their mum.  They were rescued by our team where we found they were all malnourished and suffering from awful skin disease. We treated them and gave them lots of love care and attention, they recovered well and got fat! The sisters were adopted together and so live happily with their new family in their furever home.

Lacey

Lacey was rescued along with her 3 siblings after they were found to be living next to a busy road. Lacey was very scared when she first came into our care and it took a lot of love and care from our team for her to learn to trust humans. Lacey has since found a loving home to call her own.
